PROGECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management as popularly known is planning, organizing and managing human, material & fund resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Our aim towards a successful project management year-in year-out is to appoint qualified and dedicated project managers and site supervisors assigned with projects implementation. Our Project managers will have the responsibility of the planning, execution, and closing of any project, typically relating to telecommunications site build for the project year. Our Project managers have a specific set of skills, including excellent communication and negotiating skills, and the uncommon ability to balance attention to detail with long-term vision of the organisation. Equally as important, the project managers have decision-making authority to keep the objectives, schedule, and resources in balance.

Beyond assigning personnel responsible for managing a project, we equally have project management board. The project board has the seniority and perspective to be able to understand and, where appropriate, implement changes to the project plan recommended by the project manager.

Our project board consists of about five individuals who have the keenest interest in the project. There is always a representation from IT and Personnel in case of changes to staff roles and responsibilities when there is a need to be considered.
